The type S4 apartment is a studio located throughout the building. The kitchen includes a ceramic cooking stove, fridge with freezer compartment and a combi oven. The studio has a bathroom, a separate toilet and a storage space for your washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is unfurnished but fitted with high quality PVC flooring and curtains. Included in the service costs are; cable tv and cable internet. Water and electricity you will need to contract yourself. Besides the cleaning of the building and maintenance you will become part of The Cohesion within Lux.
