The type F2 apartment is a two-bedroom apartment including a loggia facing the Rijnhaven side. The kitchen includes a dishwasher. Further the kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooker, fridge freezer combination and a combi microwave.

The Cohesion Cobana consists of 375 Urban co-living apartments located in a beautiful part of Rotterdam: Katendrecht. In the last few years, Katendrecht has been transformed from former Chinatown, sailors' quarter and red light district into one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Rotterdam. The building is located near metro station Rijnhaven. Within 5 minutes you are in the city centre of Rotterdam and within 7 minutes at Rotterdam Central Station. Near the building you can find supermarkets and the Fenix Loods to enjoy food/drinks from locals.

Services which are included within this living concept and location. 
Next to the assistance of the house management (community manager) and heating in your own apartment, we take care of the heating, electricity, water, TV/internet (signal supply), furnishing, painting, cleaning, and glass washing of the communal areas. So that our tenants can make optimal use of them. Moreover, the apartments are delivered with fire-safe curtains. You can use the smart parcel delivery box to have your ordered packages delivered, should you not be at home. A service plan is included (concerning minor repairs). In terms of security, we ensure that there are fire extinguishers, 24-hour service contracts for various installations & security cameras in/around the general areas. In addition, the ventilation systems are cleaned and maintained, we take care of greenery e.g. and pest control if required. Finally, the non-residential service costs, include events/activities organized by The Cohesion, such as community drinks, organized sports activities, or creative workshops.  

Transparent service costs settlement  
Each tenant pays service costs in advance on a monthly basis. After each calendar year, we will prepare a service costs settlement based on the actual costs incurred and your monthly advances. The service costs consist of different components and services which will be reflected in your annual statement. Each year, you will receive your service costs settlement for the last year before the 1st of July in the next year.  

Excluded and to be arranged by yourself as a tenant:
• Electricity can be arranged via our preferred partner.
• Water, mandatory to be arranged via Evides.
• Furniture, can be leased via out preferred partner.
• Deposit, can be guaranteed via our preferred partner.
• There is a parking garage, however due to minor availability it is not possible to rent a parking space. Please note that it is also NOT possible to apply for a parking permit with the municipality.
• Household content insurance.
